전세계 어디에서도 국가 도로에 민자가 개발을 해서 톨비를 받는 경우가 어디 있는가 ?
특히나 손해를 보면 국가 세금으로 매꾸어야 하는 것이 정말 타당 한가 ?
안그래도 작은 땅을 가진 나라에서 유로 도로 무료 도로를 나누어 교통 체증을 더욱 가중 시키는
이런 상황이 정말 이해가 가지 않는다.
대중 교통은 정말 형편없고 1인 1차 시대로 가능 판국에 도로를 사유화 하고 유료화 하는 것은 누구를 위한 것인가 ?
생각보게 된다.
아파트를 더 짓는 것보다 우선시 되어야 하는 것이 도로망을 원활하게 만들어야 한다.
